The picture buffers or stutters
Focus Room streams in 4K, which needs a steady connection. If playback buffers, check your network speed, move the device closer to the router, or restart the Focus Room channel. Playback recovers automatically once the connection is stable.
I can see the picture but there’s no sound
Focus Room plays the video and its ambient music as two synced streams. If the picture plays silently, make sure your TV isn’t muted and that the channel’s own mute control is off, then reopen the scene.
How do I limit ad tracking?
Focus Room is free and ad-supported. To opt out of personalized ads, turn on “Limit Ad Tracking” in your connected-TV platform’s privacy settings. You will still see ads, but they won’t be personalized.
What kinds of ads will I see?
Ads are served through the Adbustr SSP and are screened to suit a calm, general-audience channel. To report an ad, write to team@focusroom.tv.
How do I find Focus Room by voice?
On most connected-TV remotes you can say the channel name, e.g. “Focus Room,” to jump straight to it.
